How to start a return
Email us at autoplusautomacoes@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Condition of returned items
Because this is a consumable product, you may return a bag even if it has been opened and partially used. Where possible, please return any unused product together with the original packaging.
Who pays return shipping
If the return is due to an error on our side — the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defect — we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If we provide a prepaid label, its cost is deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you.

Cancellations
An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before it ships. Once it has shipped, it must be handled as a return.

The fastest way to change a flavor or bundle is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is approved.
